one good thing about golden mini is that placing 40 of them in a solo match gives you a good 5600 dps in total but sadly this isnt good that for duos, trios or squad because of the placement limit of 30, 25 and 20 being accelerator a better option of giving 4000 dps with 8 max accels.
4k with 8 max accels? one accel deals 360 dps with commander, and without one only 280, and no 50/0.1 isn't accel dps formula, there is rof bug and the recharge mechanic. also noway u r using 40 minis in one game, with all the supports u will be left with like 30-35 minis, they still deal more dps that accels, unless u bring smth like engi

Also, in solo pizza party or solo HC golden minigunner is a very good option. Solo badlands II could maybe work. Comparing that to the 8 Accelerators (286 (dps per accelerator) x 8 (placement limit) is a mere 2288) its pretty clear which one is better. And this isnt even accounting for the commander's 55% fire-rate decrease. The only advantage accelerator has over minigunner is that it has a much bigger range
Well whenever I solo fallen i die to fallens because of the accelerator's target lock which is very annoying. I think both a great but if your gonna use accel, atleast have another tower that atleast has some good dps because you might die due to target lock.

Yes, I do as well think that gold mini can be paired with accel, they are both very good towers, the only reason I put gold mini into A tier is because the chances of getting the gold variant are difficult and most likely have to get multiple crates.

Certainly, that is its biggest weakness, I usually use ranger to go with it because ranger will take out anything that gets by.
