There's no way that Cutt survived with your sausage fingers in its gills. I can't believe people expect trout to survive after sticking your finger in their gills.

Don’t ever gill a fish if you’re planning on releasing it bro

How’d they taste? Never heard they were worth eating other than some people smoking them?

What time of year did you guys film this? Awesome video by the way. Looks like a blast. I would love to go down there and do some fishing for the big whitefish. What time(s) of year do you suggest to fish for whitefish from a small boat or on shore? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

+FishVision this video was filmed in mid December. The whitefish run the first 2 weeks of December every year! They can be caught from shore, although a boat sure makes things easier. They can be caught on the rocky east side of the lake. I prefer to fish on the west side just outside of the Utah marina. It offers safety for small boats if the weather should get bad. 7-15ft of water is usually your best bet!! thanks for support! Send it outdoors

Thanks for the reply! I know you got a Utah Sucker in the video, but do you ever run into really big ones (Utahs or one of the other sucker species) anywhere? I think that they are such cool fish.

+FishVision we usually do not target suckers but they sure come in handy when used for bait!

No, this lake is located on the border of Utah and Idaho.
