I specifically remember hanging out by the hospital in Los Santos and bullying people as Trevor, and sometimes when the cops would be on their way, I’d go to the rooftops and hide out with a 5-star Wanted level and kill as many cops as I could without dying, which sometimes took literal hours.

I think they have added some new lines to the NPC's online. I was collecting crates and got the one where you have to take out the thief in his parachute. I go through his chute and he falls to his death. NPC on the ground driving by says "I think I'm going to be sick" I've never heard that one before!
