I will never own a designer handbag so I am living vicariously through you. I do have a leather handbag, though and I need to clean it. Just looking to see if it's safe to do so. Edit - American washing machines are so weird! It's like the abyss.
Yes, you can absolutely clean leather handbags. It's important to moisturizer your leather pieces too. Below is the link for a great combo. a.co/d/gwoJX7N
Thank you for sharing how to clean & bring back to life I love that you use to work for Louis Vuitton gives me more confidence in trying your tips and tricks. I recently tried the white eraser trick to remove a wall mark on my lv cosmetic pouch it worked like magic 😍 on this video you mention all the products you use to clean are listed in your bio but I didn’t see it?
I'm so glad that you enjoy the videos and that they actually help :) if you click on my profile, there is a link section. It just says Amazon Store Front. I'm also posting the link below. linktr.ee/preluxe
I have washed a vintage Petite Noe in a sink full of soap and water after a water bottle full of iced tea spilled inside the bag! I scrubbed the entire inside of the bag and wet the entire thing because the whole bottom is vachetta and didn’t want part being a different color. After it dried i conditioned it and the whole thing looked great! These older bags are hardy and meant to last imo!

Thank you so much! Wishing you much success excellent work ❤
My interior cleaning method is upholstery cleaning spray. It worked really good. Just be careful if the there’s a color lining.
Maybe I will try that next! Great idea!
It looks so good after! Now I have hope if I buy one that’s a little beat up on the cheap!
Thanks!!! I hope you can score a good deal!

They sure are Hardy!!! I'm glad that you got amazing results. Make sure to keep moisturizing your noe :)
Thank you for sharing.
I have washed mine in the bathtub with warm water and dish soap/baking soda. It’s holding up great :)
I air dried for a day.
Good to know! Maybe I'll try your method next time! I've never heard of anyone using baking soda, but I like the idea!
I’m wanting to wash the pochette in the sink with some soapy water. I’m nervous!
@@Cassandra-iy6rt I say go for it! Always use Dawn, it’s very gentle and just make sure you hang dry 😊
hi, how to remove light scratches on the leather?
removing a scratch is not possible unless its light and just on the surface. Try moisturizing, to even it out
@@preluxe i mean on the patina. moisturise with?
yes, this could help with a scratch on leather. You can use the same moisturizer that I used in this video
