LOL, I was at the Iowa State Fair today and did the same. I currently have a YitaHome massage chair that I would call one step above an entry level chair. This Daiwa is leaps and bounds so much better! Mine will be delivered in a few weeks and I already have someone to buy my current one...
Thank you for the detailed video, I should be getting mine in two weeks. OKAY, I've been using the chair for two weeks and I love it. But the calf rollers don't reach my calf, or I can't adjust my posture enough for my lower legs to impact the calf rollers. The best I can do is push my calf muscles down (press) them but even then, I don't get the impact I wish I could get. Now, after saying this it is NOT a deal breaker, the chair is wonderful! I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

Tried one out at Sam’s Club today, fantastic.
