Bought my first Chris + Cosey cassette at a used record store when I was a teenager. I loved finding great music by artists I hadn't heard of. I'm in my early fifties now and still search out unknown bands, and still playing Chris + Cosey.
Wow and we were listening to Chris and Xozy in the mid 80’s and you don’t hear much about them now. Sounds very early house music and I only thought about the bc someone had a video on finding great albums that were forgotten and many were of Throbbing Gristles and made me think of Chris and Cozy.
Watching this while half-way through 'Art Sex Music' makes it more fascinating. Cosey is such a free spirit and an absolute powderkeg of creativity and ideas.
really i read the book and felt they are silly hippies. Can they actually paint? Anyone can put their old porno pics in a frame in a lovely "space" and call it art..
Oh my, Sin O Matic was the shit in the day, the music, the midnight show and the bondage back room , oh fuck yeah!! I miss all those freaky clubs in LA, did you ever go to Club Cherry? Revolver? Blue Monday?
An awesome song, an exciting video, and a great addition to our Channel. And...it is a Telegenics video, a company that created awesome videos during the 80s.
Telegenics is a video pool service. They sent out collections of videos supplied by music labels from around 1983-until they went defunct. They didn't create these videos themselves.

I’m sitting in bed, just sat up when I came across this, start explaining to my husband about Chris and Cosey and the payoff: I look at whose channel this is and remark, OF COURSE ITS FUCKING GREGG’S! - Danny Hirschhorn (Love you)
Bloody brilliant must read it is !! the book selling like hot cakes at work here they are here have you got your copy and did you hear the radio 4 interview she did for woman's hour
There's a riff from Pink Floyd's "Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun" repeated a couple of times in here. A track Psychic TV covered of course. Hmmm...
HORRID DISCO.. THE JOHN I KNEW LIKED DISCO... THE JONATHAN YOU KNEW HATED DISCO.. THEREIN LIES THE RUB... IE JOHN AND JONATHAN ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT EMANATIONS....
Pfft…Is that all you can say? Chris and Cosey and absolute legends and masters of electronic production. Totally ahead of their time. Bet you couldn’t even get close to creating what they have in their musical careers!
Whilst I would agree its not Industrial, I would also profer that Metal is not Industrial either. Cric and Cosey invented Industrial, with their ground breaking work in Throbbing Gristle, the term Industrial was later erroneously applied to a type of low rent Metal.
Head just exploded! Remember listening to Chris and Cosey back in the 80s. Forgot how amazing they were/are.

I'm thinking Paul Burgess meant late 80's/early 90's. I didn't get this CD myself until 1998. Great track.

Getting that Nico feeling and that's a good thing!
Nico used heroin. Most people in that situation have no need for sex. Cosey has energy and clearly has LOT of sex. You can smell it.

This is the best quality upload of this video I have yet found on here, by far in fact. I'm curious where you originally got it from?
You can find copies of this Telegenics video reel on ebay and other sites from time to time.

This mix seems different from the album but I'm not sure.
What version of this track is this? I have the album and this version is much hotter. Would love to find this one.

Who did this? They've destroyed the song.
