Just love this area, lots of interesting things to see. Great vibe in the area of poor man's fishing. Catch a fish and eat it.

Simple style of living. Many can envy from this lifestyle because they have a lot of fish to eat. They don't need big money anymore to buy things. Fish is already enough.

The fisheries sector currently contributes 1.3 percent to the Philippines' GDP and provides approximately 1.6 million jobs (or around 4 percent of labor force), including for low-income families engaged in subsistence fishing. It also provides over 50 percent of Filipino families' sources of protein.

Eating that sewer contaminated fish is dangerous to health.

See all the boats? What do you think those are used for? See the fishermen along the breakwater? All of them fish in the sea. The water under the homes is not fished!

@@Rein_Ciarfella the filth near the shore empties into the waters beyond and the boats cannot go far enough to outdistance the contaminated fish considering that garbage is consistently replenished by the slum dwelling fishermen on a daily basis.

You should title this video “ Fisherman’s community and everyday living”. Filipinos will always survive no matter what. They have been doing this and living with this for so many decades. It’s just passed on from generation to generation. Rosario, Cavite makes the best smoked fish in Asia. They will satisfy your taste. They have been doing this for 100 of years. God Bless the Filipinos hard working fishery communities.🫶🏽🫰🏽🙏🏽
