They send you an email with a gift card to withdraw the money. Common ones are PayPal and Amazon cards. You take that card and use it to buy something online or withdraw it to your PayPal account. Personally I have been using the PayPal option

@MarshallMalaba I signed up but have received no 10 dollar gift card so far.
They add it to your account when you making your first withdrawal, meaning you have to actually use the platform to access it
