I don't know how Strand Titan tech managed to be allowed, and is still allowed in RTA runs. A few years ago Ehroar dropped a 4:45 with Double 1-2 Punch that couldn't be verified on src because it was considered too "broken". However, this Strand Titan tech and its damage output is 5-6x more broken than that. I know this is mostly the fault of the sandbox team but at the same time it's mindblowing that 1). The sandbox team hasn't fixed the major imbalance of this for close to a year-and 2). This is actually allowed in RTA.
Agreed. It's more about Loadout optimizations and switches, and this Strand/Navigator tech for damage output atm which is boring as hell. Peak speedrunning days were that of Granger/Fast/Silimar and Spire/Levi with Well skating on middle tree with sticky grenades.
