Not sure what you're talkin about, they gave Kelso shit all the time for cheating on Jackie, especially with Laurie since they all hate Laurie. Not to mention, the Kelsos as a family already have a pretty bad reputation in Point Place for being..... fickle in relationships so no one was probably even surprised when Michael cheated. Thankfully, he did learn a lesson from it.
I really think they were just surprised that she did it bc they always knew Kelso as the cheater not Jackie. But what she did compared to him wasn't that bad also let's not forget Kelso cheated on Jackie AGAIN after this even though he knew what it felt like. And that was just a kiss. He sleep cheated on her and kissed other girls all the time.
