Hi! I am following your channel since 1-2 years. Each summer I get painful bumps on my skin. Last summer I took a decision to take care of my skin so that I don't get those bumps this summer too. Throughout the year I have been using the DIY facewash powder with my regular facewash. The diy toner I use with your help has worked wonder. Sometimes I use cold dahi. This year also I am having bumps. But they are less and smaller than the earlier bumps I used to get in summer. I do not follow any other skin care regime. i never really had much acne but then i used a face wash w/ tea tree oil and probly had an allergic reaction and breakout started happening in massive amounts which couldn't be defined by just hormones
Stop using that product and apply natural aloe vera gel...that soothes the irriation

Tried remedy from ur milia video also, but dont see much improvement. Can you suggest some retinol cream. would try that and in case dont get any improvement will see a dermatologist.
