The satellite etiquette you kindly impart here is something I wish I’d known more than a year ago. I often tried to call the ISS repeater just as it was coming over the horizon - not waiting for the first sounds of the repeater before starting. Thank you! KQ4IXD

To add to top #2, if you've made a QSO or two, let someone else have a turn. I have see numerous persons conclude a QSO and go right into trying to establish a new QSO without any interruption.

Sean, great videos. Even for experienced operators, your information is useful and a great reminder. Thanks.

Great video Sean and the team, well presented and easy to listen to and understand. I'm new into satellites after being licenced for 25 years or more and am finding it frustrating - especially with ISS - due to the amount of traffic! Give me a CW HF pile up any day, either side of it! :). Please make more videos like this, especially using hand held equipment.

The biggest issue I face is everyone putting their call sign out, but few actually trying to contact some who has put out their call sign. People are saying they are there and few are responding.

Thanks for this informational video. Hopefully, the 'zoo' on some birds will decrease.

A very happy weekend into HAM Radio Nation. Try to stay cool...It's 104°F outside for the last 2 days...nights are down to still 89°F. Humidity up 50%. Uncle Guenter taking a few days break from going portable dx. 73's de DK5ONV

This should be required watching for FM operation. Many FM passes, on weekends in particular, are effectively unworkable due to poor operator etiquette.

I’m figuring out that the worst thing about ham is that many of the people into it have the “this is me thinking I look and sound professional but really sound like a douche” syndrome. It’s so cringe. Just talk normal.
