WHAT A 3 YEAR OLD VEGAN KID EATS IN A DAY | FUSSY EATER ed.

My 3yr old Iris is my FUSSIEST eater by far! I often feel anxious as to whether she is getting an all round balanced diet or not. I do try to trust that she knows what her body needs but as you will see from the video I can often be found coaxing her into eating 'just a little bit more' and offering up plenty of options - mums you can relate right?! ;) So here is a day of what I feed my vegan 3 year old - hope you enjoy!!! x
