With Microsoft Entra - Identity Governance solution we will look at one of the new features few know about called Lifecycle Workflows. We will see how we can automate the onboarding and offboarding process for HR and reduce the amount of tickets the IT Helpdesk gets to create user accounts and provide all the memberships needed.
