So nice to see you all! I'm looking forward to the videos of your adventure. I used to be a trail runner, and I can tell you from experience that downhill is harder on you than uphill. The braking motion does in the knees and ankles. Sadly, I'm experiencing events vicariously these days due to a couple of domestic misadventures.
