    It’s crazy how you can pull benefits at 62 but not health insurance. A flaw in the system for sure.

    You provide "food for thought" for those who are looking to retire and great info for those who have already retired!

    Great video! I really liked all of your pros and cons ~ good food for thought. My husband will be retiring, and we are moving to Sicily. So we're excited about that. Blessings, ~ Carol

    We retired ‘on the button’, so to speak. Our 65 is now being cranked up to 67. I was 66.4 months and my husband 66.8 months when we were eligable. We travel. Shortly we will be on the road for 5 weeks. Discovering more of Europe. I fly long distance to visit my children. We plan to do…we will see when we can’t. We are in good health…for our age. Yes, sometimes the bones creak, the muscles ache and the hearing isn’t what it used to be which are minor issues. Should BAD THINGS happen we will deal with them if need be. For now, you love living, love doing, love enjoying LIFE. Wishing you great days ahead. ❤🇳🇱🙋🏼‍♀️🥝

    Being of the age to take that leap into retirement. It’s a scary step to take but one that I have earned. Again thank you for another instructional video

      It is a very scary thing to do even when we’re prepared. It’s a place in life that we’ve never been before. It’s definitely a leap of faith!

    Excellent talk! Something my granny would say is if you sit around after you retire you won't last long. Exercise is important. Being physically and mentally active are very important. Do you have any links for health care? God bless

      I went to healthcare.gov and created an account then you have to fill out a bunch of income information etc to see how much your premiums will be. I ended up going with Ambetter. It was the best choice for where we live so that I could keep my doctor.

    My husband retired 4 years before me. I continued working till I qualified for my full pension. Now at 68 and retired 4 years we have no regrets. Just this morning we were talking about all the fun trips we have taken since we both retired. Memories have been made that we could not have done if we were both still working. Enjoy the time you have!

    Hey 👋 Keith and Terri!
    Health & safety in retirement is my primary concern. Pro: No cliff jumping. Giving up the ill fitting wing suit. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
    Con: Driving amongst numbskulls who have no patience for retirees who obey traffic laws; speed limits, yield and stop signs. Going out can be daunting.

    • @RetiredLovingIt
      @RetiredLovingIt  2 месяца назад +1

      We agree with those! We never were cliff jumpers 😂 but can relate to the traffic nightmare
