Persona 1, in my opinion, didn't age well but I think it's still worth a try, especially considering some characters from Persona 1 do make a return in Persona 2. And lastly, if you've played any modern Persona games (Persona 3 and up), forget everything about the gameplay of those games because P1 and P2 are so much different.
