My mom had to have knee replacement they discovered a utility. Gave her antibiotics. Minths later she got really sick ( mind ypu they kept finding uti. But one dr said their was none.well she went back o regular dr she still had uti. She started running high fever and was out of it. They found out she had huge kidney stones. They had to leave her in er for a while almost overnight( no rooms). They gave her antibiotics and fluids and told her she could of passed that night. They were going to try surgery there but they were to big tok them months to get her in surgery. She had to remain on antibiotics and got a rash from antibiotics because of what they were doing to her body. She finally got stones out. I feel she should of went after hospital or making her waits months. We could of lost her due to infection from it.
Last time I was in the ER was for a round of sever vertigo due to Meneires, caused a fall in the shower. Assorted bruises on back, abdomen, and legs, along with possible cracked ribs. My provider demanded, after phone consult, that I go in(yes, I was a nurse. I was going to stay home and take the NSAIDS). Spent 8 1/2 hour to get Xrays and recommendation for OTC NSAIDS, along with repeated questions about domestic abuse and advice on reporting. Finally asked the nurse if I could fill charges against my house since I live alone...
I wish you the best. I began my nursing in 1982, and I enjoy, watching you flourish. The public needs to hear, about the disparities in healthcare, that are non-threatening.
i was trampled by someone else's horse... honestly it wouldve been better if was one of my own horses because the horse that trampled me was abt 1,000lbs while one of my horses weighs only 250lbs
I come here because another medical tiktok guy sent me down a rabbit hole. But initially, because i spent 50 days in a hospital bed. Kinda lead to an interest in that life.
OMG! If you where in Detroit I'd follow you there.. Of course I just live the next county over.. where there's horses.. But yeah, I'd fellow you there! 😂😂😂❤ STEVIEO❤
Ive been to the ER 3 times. The first time was in 7th grade i had stuff around my heart making my chest hurt to the point where i physically could not breathe. I was like this for nearly a week mind you (i hate going to the doctors) my parents were out of the house and i was alone (they knew i "didnt feel good" but for like 30 seconds i stopped breathing, and i truly did think i was going to die. My heart was beating slower and slower and i stopped breathing for 30 seconds. My phone was completely dead ( i tried calling 911) and when i saw my phone was dead i just accepted i was going to die right there. I stopped breathing, closed my eyes and accepted it and waited for it to happen. I have NEVER felt ANYTHING like that before, or since then. And ive had some serious injuries after (we will get to that) but i guess i had a shit ton of inflammation and fluids around my heart making it extremely hard to breathe and extremely taxing on my heart. The next time i was in the ER was in 8th grade. I was playing football and got hit extremely hard. Got a very serious concussion, and doctors were scared i was gonna have a stroke because my brain was so swelled up. I got hit on a Thursday night, and like i said before i hate going to the hospital. I skipped school the next day (friday) was still in extreme pain to the point where i couldn't walk anymore. The weekend goes by and i took monday off as well. My mom told me to quit being a bitch (she is a nurse practitioner on the ICU floor lol) so I went to school the next day (now tuesday.) I made it maybe an hour and a half before i passed out in the hallway and threw up everywhere. It was then the thought occurred "ok maybe i should go to the hospital now" and i was taken to the ER by my step father. Within 3 or so mins i was called back (still was having trouble walking btw) and within 15 minutes i was in an MRI machine. I also had a fever of 103 so they knew something was extremely wrong. I heard your brain can only expand 0.8% or 8% (idk which it is before your brain crushes up against your skill) but k was at about 0.7% (or 7% idk im stupid) and they were scrambling to give me things to try to get the swelling down. They said if i didn't get treatment and waited another few days i would have had a stroke because the blood vessels in my brain would of been crushed by my skull. Doctor said take an entire month off school for fear of over stimulation and ofc the swelling. Fun fact years later i ran into the substitute teacher that YELLED at me to get up when i had my head on my desk curling over in pain. I told him "you realize i went to the ER that day and was mere days away from having a serious stroke right?" I made him feel bad and he apologized for yelling at me lol. But anyway, i still have problems and get headaches regularly to this very day. For a good while i had memory problems and would forget tasks i did minutes earlier. Basically early signs of dementia i guess. But my memory is fine now and i dont regularly forget tasks i did minutes earlier. So id say i made a decent recovery. And the last time i was in the ER i dislocated my shoulder when i was 17. Not much to say here honestly lol they gave me a sling and told me to fuck off lmao. Im not gonna get into how i dislocated it because this post is already 17 paragraphs too much, but just know i quit drinking alcohol because of this event. I live in the USA where the legal drinking age is 21. I learned a very harsh lesson at 17 to knock it off. I am only 20 so i still have a long life of injuries to come im sure lol.
I got a ER unsolved mystery story I know you have never heard of or done a joke on before. I came up from Tijuana Mexico for a Kaiser strike in California. During ER nurse small group orientation with the head ER doc, we were doing quick introductions and I said "Yea I'm Susan, I live in Mexico.." and the ER doc said, "Oh, Susan from Mexico, you go to Mexico for witness protection?" I was like WTF? How the hell did this doc know about witness protection? I've never even been to this city before, let alone this hospital or the ER! All my fellow nurses in the orientation group were like WTF is going on?!?! After a few seconds of dead silence of everyone feeling like they had just seen a ghost 👻 one nurse looked at me and said, "You better call the people who know your case!!!!" I was like right! Great thinking fellow nurse! This is a emergency!!!!!!
Idk if ur gonna see this but I would LOVE to go to one of ur shows but I like in the uk. Can u do a couple of shows in the uk I would 100% come there and I hope other people will too
Yeah, us Millenials def somehow still look young. I'm pushing 30, but I still look like I'm barely 20. Kind of annoying getting carded every time I wanna go get a drink and people younger than me aren't. 😂
I went to the ER once because I stabbed my hand with a pocket knife on accident. My portable charger failed and smelt like smoke so I tried to pry it open with a pocket knife. Ended up needing 3 stitches not bad but I ran my wound under water and seen bone.
It _is_ a well known fact that, Gen Z _are_ truly aging like milk! No joke, there are actual news stories about this topic going on right now because, it is so scary true. How do we help stop this trend?
Stop getting gov't mandated shots, eat more fruits & vegetables in their natural state, get outside & walk. Beware what you use on your skin. City water on your skin & drinking water in plastics are not good for your health. Back to basics is far better than processed anything. Everyone wants your money & they will do anything thru sales tactics. The rich get richer off of us. They aren't about to give up any of their luxurious life style. They only want to add to it.
White woman here, I'm 40 and people think I'm in my 20s all the time. Like when people find out my age the response is always... And I mean always... Shock. I just say "wear sunscreen and drink a lot of water" 😅 but yea the cosmetic work that seems so popular for young people nowadays just makes you look way older.
Quick thinking on your feet. 😂 Quicker thinking where else? 🤣 That poor girl with the retainer, fish hooked on her tonsil. Bet she didn't do that again. 🤦
When I shouldve gone to the ER but didnt know: fell off a pony head first (at 11 years old) and apparently broke my back and got brain damage despite wearing a helmet. When I did go to the ER: slammed the Wii controller into my eye brow (guess the wrist band and anti slip cover didnt help enough). Got stitches, all good now
Okay, so my husband is nearly 47 and I'm 36.... And he looks better than I do. You Asians just don't age until you're 1000 years old and look like Confucius. 😂😂😭😭😭

You should show in SLC, Utah! My friends & I would love to see your live show! 😁🤟

Please come to the UK.
So much Ontario, so little Toronto, Ontario

"The luxury of being trampled by your own horses" 😂
A truly delightful experience, also how I expect to croak 🤠♥
i was trampled by someone else's horse... honestly it wouldve been better if was one of my own horses because the horse that trampled me was abt 1,000lbs while one of my horses weighs only 250lbs
My man didn't even flinch, then went for the jugular
OMG...you're hilarious!! I love your comedy! And your ER intelligence!! Thanks for informing the public and for your service!
The femoral artery pulse bit was too funny 😂
When you roast an entire audience 😂😂😂
Where's Montana? Hysterical
0:56-0:57 TOO TRUE! Truer words..., my friend! Great comedy! I've been following you for years. Keep it up! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You are so good at this! Love from a fellow ER tech!
Can't wait to see you in Detroit! I work in an ER, and I always think "is that an emergency?"
I know you're coming to Maryland in August but you REALLY need to come to DC! The MedStar and George Washington nurses would love you!
So, yeah, guess I wont be seeing you in Montana anytime soon.......🤣
Y'all- I need to stop watching Chicago Med, I can't stop thinking about doctors
Never, ever guess a woman's age.
(weight or hair color) 🤫

well its a comedy show, so there's almost definitely going to be people who are insulted or otherwise made to feel exposed in some way
Me and all my nurse friends love your shows. If you get the opportunity to come to slc Utah. Me and a very large nursing community will be there.
Excited to see you in April!!
Me too. Can't wait!!
Bloody Hell! I didn't knew you did Stand up! Excellent! lmao! I love it! 😆😅
I come here because another medical tiktok guy sent me down a rabbit hole. But initially, because i spent 50 days in a hospital bed. Kinda lead to an interest in that life.
Last time I was in the ER, I ended up admitted for about 3 weeks. So I guess it qualified as an emergency 😂
I saw you when you were in Portland, great show, very funny! 😂👏👏
In 1900 I was traveling…then my baby was born in 1954.
OMG! If you where in Detroit I'd follow you there..
Of course I just live the next county over.. where there's horses..
But yeah, I'd fellow you there!

i just got the WEIRDEST ad before this. i’m speechless. 😭
Your show looks fun! I watch your videos nigh every day. Originally from Indiana, but now in TX.

How'd you get to the hospital the first time? Did someone find you on thw floor?
but.....how did you get treated after the first incident.......did ur parents come out of playing behind the bed and take u to the hospital?
I saw you in Oxnard California and it was great. Its been a while since I was able to laugh like that. Thank you.

STEVE YOU CANT SAY THAT ABOUT HER!
It's not white women, it's gen Z. We all look older while millennials look younger.
We weren't allowed to wear makeup until we turned 18 😅
No boo. Gen X is looking younger that gen z at this point.
I’m 34, and - despite what others say-there are definitely days when I look 35 to 40 if I’m lucky
I'm 38 n my kids almost 14, people think we're sisters
Yeah, us Millenials def somehow still look young. I'm pushing 30, but I still look like I'm barely 20. Kind of annoying getting carded every time I wanna go get a drink and people younger than me aren't. 😂
All I could think was OW!
Didnt know he did stand up ..i just know him as the "Sup mother fuqa" guy
Yep. Check out his busy schedule for this year. 🙌
Lmfao I hope I can see you live one day!❤😂
Love your videos!!
You're doing great!
Well that was fun😅😅❤

Make'em eat meat and cut out sugar?
Yeah I'm going grey and bald at 26, what gives.
Granted I do have cancer.
I'm 27, my friends are in the range of 24-28 and we all get taken for 16 year olds so... Not the experience around here, I think?
Hearing, "Montana", and the comic-blank of your face, I thought, "Its where Mongolia would be to China on a US-map, you cant miss it"
Not you destroying the poor woman's entire soul 💀
I enjoy his comedy
Come to Sacramento!!!!
Yes, pure Genius.
Good looking guy too
I'm 35 but people tell me that I look like I'm 15

Really like your reels, better than your standup.
Early bird special!!
love it; I want more videos that fit on a queue
fuckin please
Quick thinking on your feet. 😂 Quicker thinking where else? 🤣 That poor girl with the retainer, fish hooked on her tonsil. Bet she didn't do that again. 🤦
Bet the insult to her looking old hurts now more than the memory of the fish hook.
😂
I’m pretty sure that Indiana is significantly farther from California than Montana….
It's not saying where he was during this performance tho.
@@JuliaJames-zx5xy 2:52 he says he’s at the Irvine Improv which is in Irvine, CA.
Come to London, UK
Hey Steven, I cane across your vids. We were in classes together at Russell middle school in the 7th. Hope is well man.
No Colorado dates makes me sad. Maybe next year
I'm from Indiana
Uh oh.😊
Why do I see OH on the video but not on the website? May 15 & 16, wya
Its is just me or i see "how dare you" girl in this video
Indiana and horse ownership actually make sense if the woman was at least raised Amish or Mennonite.
Us white girls dig Asian humor..

Got to say, that was the first time I didn't think you were funny.
He may not be at his best for the matinee shows.

Lol can confirm. My mom is 71 and looks like she's in her 50's. Even myself at 35 people think I'm like 26 or something, and I'm just half Asian lol 😊
