I always have the same smile, with my mouth closed. I don't like the way i look when i have a big smile or a tooth smile. I try to smile a bit with my eyes too, but than you have to make sure that you don't open your eyes too wide, because it will look strange and scary lol.
I just heard from a PT friend that that can cause tension in the jaw and neck. She suggested massaging that soft spot behind your ear. Might help your neck feel better.

I do what Joey from friends does. He looks away and relaxed his face and at the last second he looks at the camera and smiles so he’s fresh. Works great :) I’ll try the vowels next!

Hey can you do a super simple series for guys I was in a 12 year relationship I let the whole selfie pass me by as I was more interested in taking photos of my partener and I together Now I’m single and out there but I can’t take a photo to save my fkn life I’d love a females opinion on which photos they find appealing and easy ways for awkward inept dudes to take a photo of themself 🙋♂️
I am completely turned off and dislike the photos and videos of people with their mouths wide open pretending to be overjoyed and energized. I avoid clicking on those sites.
