How can you have a conversation about “SPIRITUALITY” That is all about positive energy and mindfulness and you used Profanity the entire time? That doesn’t add up!

After the birth of my second daughter, anxiety and OCD became my normal operating mode. Up until that point, stress was a word that didn't register with me. My husband went from having a self-assured, zero fucks given business woman, to an overthinking disaster with little confidence. It's been 6 years. I have exhausted specialists, holistic healers, therapists.. everything I could to help me find the peace within. Kabbalah and OCD therapy are currently helping me regain some pride over my life again. But this stuff about anxious women not being appealing to men triggered the fuck outta me. I told my husband just this week that I wouldn't blame him for leaving. But that doesn't mean I'm not an asset to him or our family. I believe all of this content is true. The energy exchange during sex and men wanting a woman who brings peace.. the concepts aren't wrong. But the way they are said here are going to trigger people. And that's ok. I may have needed to hear that to motivate me to keep finding ways to get better. But I still didn't like it! 😝
Being single (at least for a while) can absolutely be all kinds of amazing. Perhaps this is your chance to experience those riches too, for a while. Congrats 🎉

I’m a spiritualist too, but I think it’s like a snake shedding his old skin. We can transform our old layers of consciousness and become a new and improved soul. Souls are here to learn and ascend from levels of consciousness. If we graduate from the lower levels to the higher levels until we reach enlightenment then we will have to repeat our lessons in this lifetime or when we reincarnate in future lifetimes.
Oh my goodness so us with anxiety must not have intercourse😭. I don't think that was a fair statement. Everyone has something, be it anger, fear, impatience - no one is perfect.
