Buenas amigos, vivo en cuba, tengo un Samsung J3 J327T1UVU3ARK4, de la compañia MetroPCS.
El movil siempre me ha dado problemas con la conexion Wify, tenia que poner el movil en modo Avion siempre que queria conectarme por esta via, para solucionarlo lei que tenia que bajarle otro firmware y lo hice, pero no lo solucione, ahora hace unos dias lo reestableci de fabrica pero se me olvido quitarle la cuenta google, y cuando lo voy a configurar no me deja pasar de conectarme a la wify para autenticarme con mi cuenta google, ya que si no lo pongo en modo avion la wify no funciona, pero como puedo ponerlo en este modo si estoy en la primera pantalla de configuracion del movil donde me pide el idioma y todo lo demas pero ahi no salen las opciones de bajar la pantalla y activar modo avion. plisss que puedo hacer, llevo dias sin movil, estoy esperando una llamada importante y mi economia no me da para comprarme otro en este momento de coronavirus. The phone has always given me problems with the Wify connection, I had to put the phone in Airplane mode whenever I wanted to connect this way, to solve it I read that I had to download another firmware and I did it, but I did not solve it, now a few days ago I restored it from the factory but I forgot to remove the google account, and when I am going to configure it it does not let me go from connecting to wify to authenticate with my google account, since if I do not put it in airplane mode the wify does not work, but How can I put it in this mode if I am in the first configuration screen of the mobile where it asks for the language and everything else but there are no options to download the screen and activate airplane mode. Plisss what can I do, I have days without a mobile, I am waiting for an important call and my economy does not give me to buy another one at this time of coronavirus. Encontre un bug siguiendo los pasos de este video en vez de entrar a las notificaciones de youtube entran a las de google maps luego le dan al boton de retroceder y te manda dentro de la app de google maps una vez alli simplemente bajas la barra de notificacion de tu celular como si estubiera normal(desbloqueado) y luego le das a la tuerquita de configuracion luego dentro de configuracion bajas hasta encontrar la opcion que dice: ayuda manual del usuario, le das click y listo entras al navegador :)
