Cannot connect to the server within the time limit. There might have been a problem in connecting to the network, or Playstation Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy.

Solution: Check the IP Address assigned for the PS4. If the IP address of PS4 is assigned for any other devices in the same network, then IP conflict occurs and error occurs. So use unique IP address for your PS4
