Are you really pushing condo sales right now? Condo sales are falling precipitously, headline inflation is increasing, assigned condo sales are catastrophically collapsing, sales are declining, and inventory is increasing. You must be a realtor or mortgage broker to be this irresponsible?

I’ve never pushed anyone to buy or sell. The fact is people always need homes and condos are a good option. Yes the market is slow but there are still good investments to be had.

@@IraWilley Let’s be honest, there aren’t good deals to be had right not or they are very few and far between… Rates are gong to stay high for awhile because core inflation is still out of control, which is what people actually feel. Also, unemployment is on the rise. Meanwhile, inventory is increasing and demand is simultaneously declining. We’re no where near the bottom because the wage-price spiral is still out of control and you’re telling people there are still good deals? That’s reckless in this enviroment. Any responsible person with half a brain that doesn’t rely on the market for their livelihood would be advising people to keep their powder dry for 2025-2026 when a significant portion of mortgage holders term conclude, that’s when there will be your so called “good deals”.
