And while triple jumps are pretty good, since you've 100% the game, there's not much point to having this one, especially as it doesn't make exploring much easier or better
Not a big fan of Luigi physics in the 3D Mario games, it’s cool to be able to play as him but Galaxy Rewards always felt like kind of a letdown because of it. I think he’s best when he is a playable character from the start or partway through or something so that the devs can build levels that more utilize his unique movement

Honestly, the SM64 reward is worthless. Yes, it IS cool to visit the roof and find Yoshi, but what are the 100 lives for?! Lives are useful in order to beat the game, but you have already done that in the first place! It's pretty much pointless.
I guess the devs intended for you to just mess around with the game and compete with your friends over who collected the most coins in a level (you can see in the file select menu which file currently holds the high score for a level). Because in addition for the sparkly jump that negates fall damage and allows to touch lava for a split second there's also the sliding penguin who now became much fatter (a little out of shape in his own words) and you wouldn't find that unless you either played through the levels again or paid close attention to the level overview in the credits after collecting 120 stars.

In the original smb the 100% reward is hard mode. In lost levels the reward is world 9 and A-D. In smb3 it’s a stock of p-wings
