hey bro, thanks for the videos man i love them. but i dont understand the blowing in the water. i understand they're becoming acidic. but if im not blowing in my water, does it keep it alkaline. like what is u blowing in the water represent ? and what is the best natural water in your opinion?

Thanks for the kind words: everything is in the Masterclass: laprentissdemond.com/class for recommendations and the blowing is in regards to consuming something alkaline. Many people purchase alkaline waters because they believe it helps neutralize acidity. Blowing into it and showing how quickly something changes when giving acidity shows how well it neutralizes the little acidity I give it with my breath(if it does anything at all). Many companies use acidic water and then add inorganic minerals and say that the water is alkaline. While you are not blowing into your water you are giving it acidity through the foods and stressors you consume on a daily basis. Truly alkaline water wouldn’t turn acidic as quick because it’s alkaline on an ionic level, not elemental. Once again, this is all in the masterclass to reduce making longer videos or longer texts trying to explain for people who aren’t ready to improve their water.
