--Yesterday, a Property Manager calls me , "Can you meet me and the owner at this property on Monday?" "Neither the owner, nor I, have a key. You'll have to drill the locks, and we want to do a rehab walk through for you an urgent remodel list."
I said, "Sure. You can count on me."
