my raw kirara damage is like 18k on charged E and 66k on ult is c4 tho, and the c4 damage is like 12k :D still farming the artifacts, and i want to get the primordial jade cutter

To be fair, one person was playing Bennett with no limits on how often they used his skill. Pyro ruins literally every dendro character in co-op. Otherwise the damage would've been higher per tick.
That's C0 One is that is behind Raiden player only the big circle behind her Those are stacks she gets those stacks from receiving particles and if other players use Ult, It lights up little by little until it is full *Those stacks increase Raiden Ult dmg and energy restoration for herself and the whole team* But if you are talking about the eye thing on everyone's head that is Raiden E skill it does some splash electro dmg And increase a little bit of everyone's Ult dmg.
