I have been able to consistently dodge jhin ability. You just need to walk perpendicularly in one direction and then to the opposite last second.

Favorite Arena kale build is Runecarver, Nashor’s Tooth, Rageblade, Terminus, Riftmaker, with boots or some other item, possibly another prismatic if I can afford it
