  • Bream fishing in South Carolina can be fantastic, as the state offers plenty of freshwater lakes, rivers, and ponds that are home to various bream species, including bluegill, redear sunfish (shellcracker), and redbreast sunfish. Here are some specific tips for bream fishing in South Carolina:
    1. **Location**: Look for bream around structures such as fallen trees, brush piles, and docks. They also like shallow water with vegetation.
    2. **Bait**: Live bait such as worms, crickets, and grasshoppers are popular choices. Artificial lures like small jigs and spinners can also be effective.
    3. **Timing**: Bream are most active during warm weather, so spring and summer are great times to target them. Early morning and late afternoon tend to be the best times to fish.
    4. **Technique**: Use light tackle with a small hook and a bobber to detect bites. Cast near structures and let your bait sit just above the bottom.
    5. **Regulations**: Be aware of South Carolina fishing regulations, including size and bag limits for bream species.
    6. **Patience and Observation**: Bream can be picky, so be patient and try different baits and presentations until you find what works. Pay attention to any signs of bream activity, such as surface feeding.
    7. **Enjoy the Outdoors**: South Carolina offers beautiful natural settings for fishing, so take the time to enjoy the scenery and wildlife while you fish.

Me and my Sweetheart fussed a little bit about the fish question, how often could you eat fish, we agreed, about once a week would be plenty! Asian countries, seafood is eaten quite often! I really do enjoy the simplicity of your videos, not a bunch of loud music, just nature showing out, I love it! God's Blessings on You and Your Family, praying your Momma's doing better, God's Blessings to her on this Mother's day weekend!😊

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. 1 or 2 times a week is plenty for me. Some people eat fish daily. I enjoy the sport of fishing more than the fish. I appreciate you watching and supporting the channel. Stay tuned for upcoming videos. Have a good one

A couple times a week is good, those tasty critters are hard to resist though. Good fishing! Anyway you could help the amateur by explaining how you hunt them down and how you catch them. Thank you.

Great video. If I'm lucky I get to eat fish once a month, but if that "work thing" would stop interrupting my plans, I would be eating fish twice a week to. Oh and your Owl Hooting needs work lolol. Take care.

You caught some nice bream. We like to throw a beetle spin and catch them bream. We normally throw the black beetle spin with the yellow stripes. I could eat fish once a week is plenty.
