Vocals are a part of the folk song called "Viddaneddha" also known as "Abballati Abballati", which is sang in "Calabrian dialect", and it's a type of Calabrian tarantella, specifically from Reggio Calabria (the city by the sea in the southern area of Calabria). Lyrics are: "Abballati, abballati! fimmini schetti e maritati, chi si nun ballati bonu, mancu vi cantu e mancu vi sonu. Sciù! sciù! sciù! quanti fimmini chi nci sù!", which translates: "Dance, dance, nubile and married women, and if you don't dance well, i won't sing and play for you - Sciù sciù stands for "come on", the other part means "There are many women" (quanti fimmini chi nci sù). It's a very famous song in Italy, a lot more in the southern regions like Sicily, Puglia and Campania, sometimes with some variants depending on dialect spoken in those regions!
I'm a 50 year old musician from the Netherlands. I've spent decades immersed in sound, always chasing new inspiration. Lately, I find myself exploring soundtracks for video games. There’s something special about them, these hidden gems that don’t always get the attention they deserve. Just now, I stumbled upon this track and I have to say, it tops all the others I've discovered. The way it blends melody and emotion is masterful, capturing a mood that resonates far beyond the screen. It's the kind of track that reminds me why music is such a powerful force. Thank you for posting this. Sending love.
most of the osts from enotria aren't simply videogame songs but southern italian folk music remixed and rearranged for the game. Some of the songs that they used and i recognize are " Tarantella del 600", "tarantella del gargano", " 2 coro della lavandaie", "pizzica di san vito" ,"pizzica de focu"
the big guy you mentioned I recall is named Zanni, it's the most ancient theatrical character who originated Arlecchino, Pulcinella and the others with a "servant" role

The plural form for "woman" is "women", not "womans"...
Aside that, ottima spiegazione.
