Originally written by Paul McCartney of the Beatles, “Let It Be” is a song that gives us a vision for peace and unity in our world. Paul’s mother, Mary, passed away when he was a young boy. Years later, he wrote this song while thinking about her. She comes to him like an angel, whispering the wise words, “let it be”, reminding him to soften, relax, and to shift his focus from circumstances that he cannot change.
As the song progresses, the words “let it be” take on a new meaning. Soon we hear about broken hearts and disagreement in our world, and the new hope that we’ll be able to reconcile differences and find peace with each other during troubled times.
Sometimes the simplest of music is the most poignant. We hope you can feel both the peace, and the power in these lyrics!

The father is really great at improvising with his voice and the pair together have the natural harmony that only family can make.
Everytime they sing together you can just see how proud he is of her in his eyes, and it's evident they get along so well. I'm so happy for them. When you find something worth doing and you love it the feeling is just so thrilling.

Oh Mat and Savanna. I just wept. The moment the title of the song came on the screen, I was overjoyed that this was what you recorded. I have tried my best to live my life by these words. I have “Let it be” tattood in two different places. 💜 I’m not a flashy tattoo girl but that is how much the words mean to me. The words “let it be” on my wrist are written as “let ; t be”. The semicolon. So I can turn my hand over and remind myself every moment I need to that I do not need to leave this earth too early. It’s just small and just for me. You have no idea what listening to and watching you sing it means to me. Thank you both so much for being such a light during such a dark time.

Wonderful arrangement. I love your singing so much. Could you please consider to sing the song You raise me up. It was my dads favorite song. He passed away in 2003 on lung and bone cancer. But it would be his 80th birthday. He was an incredible man, never thought on himself was still there for others even 3 month before he died he built a house for a family that lost everything. He never charged a daim. Thank you so much, this song was awesome. God bless you and your loved ones 🙏❤.

Voices from the same genetic pool always blend perfectly and for me, your voices evoke something very pleasurable and special within me. Congratulations on your very first visit to the recording studio and your very first album. I knew it would happen because each has a very special vocal quality and when put together it becomes a WOW factor. Keep on singing. Families that sing together and pray together stay together.

Oh...I love this song and this version is completely different as others and the original, but in essence is very beautiful. I love this - has anyone tagged Sir Paul McCartney? This is absolutely beautiful. It honors the original arrangement wonderful but at the same time is its own creation.
When you started I really thought you guys were so good there wouldn't be a lot of room for improvement, and basically I was right, your beautiful voices compliment each other so well but.. watching a listening to todays video I realized you had gained a natural-ness (sorry if that isn't a word!), a flow, an ease, though very subtle, it is there, no delay, no hesitation, PERFECT! You will tell us if Paul calls, right?
