It was awful for the horse but the child probably didn’t let go because she was scared of getting hurt and didn’t know how to fall so she wouldn’t get hurt. Still doesn’t mean she should have, just means sometimes people don’t think about how it may hurt the horse because they are scared of getting hurt and they don’t actually understand that they are hurting the horse.
0:12 she could see there was a horse stuck in the way, and instead of pulling to the inside or saying excuse me, she just clicked the horse forward after they crashed. That was 100% bad riding.
2:10 um, as you can see the horse is in pain with the girls body weight and just it’s poor neck carrying it. And her first reaction was to laugh? Wow just wow. I hope she never rides that horse again
at 2:10 i was saying let go, but horses neckas are actually one of the strongest parts of their bodies, being able to hold up to 200 pounds (depending on the horse ofc). im not saying she shouldn't have let go, but her horse was lowering its head to help her (partially).
2:11 she was trotting towards a jump that looked about a meter high I would honestly expect the horse to do that or refuse like it was the riders fault for not being ready
0:14 that was the rider on the brown horse fault for not looking at where she stopped the horse, but also the instructors because she didn't tell the rider to move out of the way
All the riding professors in the comments...it's ok to fail and be out off balance sometimes. No reason to shame. Failures are an opportunity to learn from
Honestly, ypu should all work on you balance and basic riding before attempting to jump. Most of these accidents could have been avoided, if the riders had a better seat and reacted quicker🤷♀️
i do horse riding and your right but more than half of the vids are hard to sit and when your horse spins or goes the other way when ur on its neck its really hard to sit because they spin or chuck you off
I ride aswell all these things even as a professional people easily fall from no matter how good of a seat u have u still have a 50 50% chance of falling
@@Chloe_Pistol yea it is hard to sit when your about to fall the comment from @dreamgirl_4_ever505 is really wrong bc you can just react quickly all the time

@@darrenw2437 what makes you think I don't ride? You are just beginning to ride and probably don't know any better yet. Of cause everyone falls off. One time i was teaching my horse too rear but i slipped and he got scared and turned around and tried to kick my but i literally ran out of the way and my brother was just laughing i am so glad i did not get kicked
these videos remind me that the lesson horse i ride randomly spooks from actually nothing and he bolts to the other side of the arena hes maybe 15 hands maybe almost 16 hands and i dont fall off
OH MY HORSE SAMEEEEE except the horse i ride that does that spooks from random noises.. he is a trained mounted shooting horse so he shouldnt spook at any noise. he once bolted with one of my friends... he also has a veryyyy tall canter, i think a tall canter is an english canter? idk i ride western.... this gelding tho, spooked from me kissing his nose. when he spooks, it used to be kinda scary because he sometimes canters into other horses butts. he once bolted with me towards the barn, other human beings were very far in front of me and it was onto concrete (he bolts on concrete wayyy too much)
Actually it is very common to lunge horses during lessons if there is enough room and from what I can tell the horse was probably at the other end of the arena and decided it want to go see the horse being lunged and it’s very hard to control a horse once it has committed to doing something so the rider was trying to steer away but ended up causing confusion in the horse so they ended up colliding. This isn’t the riders fault it’s just horses like to be with their friends 😊
