*THANK YOU* for highlighting the cons as well as the pros. I've had my fill of totally not sponsored RUclips reviews that excuse all issues in a doll line with the old *"WHAT DO YOU EXPECT. This is a Playline doll intended FOR KIDS, So you CAN'T COMPLAIN, Right? . ."* As if to imply that little kids love losing their dolls legs because they dared to try to get their new $30 doll to sit down flat on the floor while playing with it at their friends house or at school. I'm sure quite a few of them have cried their little eyes out because they might not have know that it can be fixed. You know the RUclips reviewers I'm talking about. The same that excuse un-hemmed clothing pieces on $150 Disney Store Limited Edition Designer Adult Collector dolls. They'll just brush it off by saying something frustrating like *"It is not a big deal. I love loosing clothing pieces because they weren't hemmed, and stated to fray, and unravel. It just makes the doll more unique to me. *"Honestly, I'm just grateful Disney Store gave us doll collectors anything at all, . . . I promise I'm not being paid to say this. I swear I bought this with my own money. I just happen to love everything, including this new $150 Rapunzel doll who's head wobbles around, and just fell off her body. THANK YOU DISNEY STORE GODS."* lol 😄
Here's the thing, I will always be honest in my reviews and first impressions especially because I pretty much just say what I think when I'm doing these reviews. That being said I do think that a lot of people get pretty harsh with their criticisms for a lot of dolls especially recently since the community has been growing a lot more in the past few years. ESPECIALLY when it comes to play line dolls. The cost of manufacturing dolls has gone up a lot faster in recent years than it has in previous decades. There are so many factors going into a dolls design and end result, like inflation, whether the company making the dolls is publicly traded or still private, as well as what the retail stores are demanding. I tried to be balanced in my opinions when it comes to being reasonable and understanding about the situation, but also being honest about how I feel about the end result.
Those two pairs of flats are definitely the best doll flats I’ve seen in a long while 🥿🥿 ✨ And sorry for leaving only clothes-obsessed comments, but I just can’t resist praising those clothing items 🥹 ( and that mouse bag? It’s just too cute - I’m having a cuteness overload here 🥲💙 ) I really like RH, MH reboot's and other current doll lines fashions, but something about ILY dolls's ability to combine casual, stylish and realistic clothing with subtle whimsical elements ( there’s nothing wrong with over the top and flamboyant designs, but… we have seen too much of them already, despite them being great ) just brings me joy 😄🧚🏻
I have to say that my favorite part of these dolls and the fashion packs is how good the quality of the fabrics are. The leggings on this doll feel like real human leggings! The sweatshirt also feels real. And most of the bags have ribbon straps. After years of all the cheap & printed on Barbie fashions, this collection is a breath of fresh air. It feels like they made this just for me because I am *always* begging for companies to make fashion packs, and they hardly ever do. I don't want to have to buy a whole doll just to get the clothes. 😭 I hope that this does well and a bunch of other companies follow suit.
This is the girl that I've gotten so far. I've been looking forward to this opening video! I just loved her blue color scheme, the Cinderella theme, and the fact that her outfit looked the most wearable. I'm also a brunette who goes for brunette dolls, so it was kind of a no-brainer for me. I also love that she looks like she could be Hispanic. Overall, I'm obsessed with her. I will definitely be getting the Cinderella fashion pack, it's so cute.
Rooting for you to get the dole whip next time! Cinderella looks like she may be my fave out of the six. She's got the most beautiful face. I'm not a big fan of athleisure, myself, but it works on her and I love her cute shoes, her purse and the tiny pumpkin charm. I just love the attention to detail of this doll line.
I'd like to think in addition to meet and greets they have their own breakout plans at the park. While a couple go on rides, a couple of the other girls cheer on Cinderella at Run Disney 😄

I got 4 of the dolls and got double popcorn and cupcakes. I ordered SW and Belle so I hope I get different treats. I really want the lollipops and Dole Whip.
You could buy the dolls and keep the treats, then sell the extra dolls! And you could make specific bundles or individual items to make a small profit too
Hello Chad! I have been binge watching your ILY 4ever dolls this wknd lol! You are so personable and enjoyable to watch! I generally only collect pullip dolls, and have dabbled with a few rainbow high, even monster high but always end up giving them to my daughter. But THESE Disney ILY dolls- they really have me excited! I’m most likely going to be buying all of them! I was hesitant about it the jacks pacific versions bc I really love the inset eyes/ but BAMBI AND the pink Minnie Mouse doll?! And STITCH?!? I’m so sad I missed out on most of the fashion packs - including your featured cinderella pack 😕 I wonder if they will be released again in stores? Also, seeing your side by side with the Disney store reg princess dolls / gives a GREAT idea to display them with their inspiration princesses!! Thank you so much for your sweet videos! 🤗🥰
I think they’re fantastic. I try to buy most of my dolls on sale unless they’re truly limited and likely to sell out. I bought all these at full price 😅 I have yet to unbox them
Oh that sucks that you keep getting duplicates! I mean it's a nice concept to have a surprise item in a doll set without going all out (and being annoying) like L.O.L but this is the result of the dreadful "blind bag" gamble. They should've just kept the hidden aspect inside the balloon but designated a specific treat to each doll.
I feel like since G3 Monster High and even a little before that, Polypropylene has been known as the cheap hair quality and now everyone calls any have that's cheap, Polypropylene even when it isn't. Disney Store dolls actually have a lower quality nylon that's actually ruined further from the product they use unless carefully washed out. Take the classic Belle dolls who have product vs. The Wardrobe set Belle who doesn't. I have both dolls and they have the same hair, but Wadrobe Belle has softer hair because it isn't glued with product. The Ily dolls also use same hair and lighter amounts of the product. It's why I wash the hair out completely with cold water, and squeeze it out until it's all gone. It's unfortunate because any pull or resistance when brushing or combing means damage, so it takes careful care to maintain. I do wish they did instead just have higher quality nylon or saran definitely, but it's not poly. Even poly comes in varying quality. G3 cleo has poly, but it's not as rough as Clawdeen for example.
The reason I consider Polypropylene as "cheap" is because I associate it with cheaper dolls. There was a time where mostly the only dolls that I found that had it were budget doll lines (dolls that sell for $5 or less normally). Either way, I strongly dislike it.
@@ChadMarvelous Oh definitely I hate it too. Once it's damaged it's over. Heck, Kanekalon is more salvageable and I'm thankful they no longer produce that stuff anymore.

love your reviews! I was wondering.... how did you manage to get the gloves off Cinderella? i tried and it felt like i would damage the gloves.
It wasn't that difficult. I just pinched the end of the gloves with my fingers and pulled them off. Getting them back on was a little tricky though.
