Fun fact Wasps are the hardest pray for fly traps to eat because of 3 reasons. First, it’s strong, they will attempt to pry open the fly traps mouth, second it has a stinger. Lastly it will use its mandible to bite of its mouth to escape but if all of that fails, the fly trap wins.
Thank you this has been on the top of my mind, What it feels like to be brutally murdered by carnivorous plants, I’m so glad that he could give us these answers.

You forgot about brambles, the biggest "carnivorous" plants. They prey on animals with thick fur, like sheeps. They have thorns pointing towards the plant, more the animal struggles more they get caught. They get nutrients from the soil when the animal finally dies and decomposes
