    Hi Jessica! Thank you for this great video. It was really insightful as someone who is looking to jump into the recruiting industry.
    I was wondering though if your strategy might also translate well if you're placing mid-senior level candidates? Temp hiring is very fast paced, so I am curious what you think!

      Thank you for your feedback! Community groups can be used for all levels of role. They’re great for transactional because of speed. However, they’re also great for having a pool of people who you are consistently building trust and rapport with in a “non-salesy” way. Everyone will become a candidate at some point!
