- First of all, I'm all about spiralized veggies these days so it was perfectly fitting to dump a delicious and healthy vegan alfredo sauce on top of some zucchini noodles! This easy recipe even caught me by surprise. Definitely a fan favorite. Let me know what you think in the comments below :)

Would you also eat this warm? Like maybe quickly sautee the zucchini noodles in a pan and add the sauce so it's a warm meal? Just wondering! Love the fact that it can be so simple
+Margriet van Baal Absolutely, and I did! I ate it both ways. I blended the cauliflower while it was still hot, so the sauce came out warm and the zucchini noodles were room temp!

I typically use pine nuts to make Alfredo sauce but I'm definitely going to try your way! Looks YUM!
This looks really nice, I've been looking for more recipies for spiralised courgette. Personally I would add some seeds or nuts with some grated carrot to this to get extra flavour. Thanks for the sauce recipie.
