- Doing some new updates for Hotel Ava as people wanted me to do more of an in-depth feature for the properties, In this video we show some rooms, wall planter updates, some food and some behind the scenes work. We visited both Malate and Cuneta in this video and Im so happy to show you around with the updates of each of the branches. We also stopped by my head office to show you around again. We are still far from what I want the properties to look like, especially with this bird problem of them eating some of the plants but rest assured we will keep trying different plant combinations.

Wow! This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! I’d happily enjoy a pampered stay there any time! Such wonderful benefits for your employees, huge thumbs up for providing daycare for them! I know that’s a HUGE stress for many single parents because of the high cost. They end up working just to pay someone to keep their child(ren) and not much else. I wish more companies would work programs into their systems like this. Thanks for sharing! ❤

Can't wait to try Hotel Ava, for the longest time me and my partner enjoyed VC a lot, we would sometimes treat it as an emergency office when we have to do an overnight project, complete with wifi, room service, and the TV to entertain us. ASh tray is huge plus for us.

Heeeey beautiful! Did you try bougainvillea? it's more resilient to sunlight (it actually bathes in it). It has thorns so birds won't eat it, just have to water the main plant so less effort.
You can use that installation on the wall so it's vines can crawl up.
Then viola a wall with thick blooming flowers.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hi Angie,just letting you know how lucky Joey Mead to have you in her life-very positive person,down to earth and such an inspiration to watch all of your videos because you made me admired you more.Anyways,You mentioned in this videos onto what are best suitable plants that can grow,can add color and wow factor aesthetically as well in your wall project are these plants.Check these plants ( different varieties of purple wandering dew & pothos and lemon lime philodendron),low maintenance,easy to propagate to replace dead plants and Hoping the next time I visit pinas( I’m in California right now),I’ll can check in one of your Hotel Ava.

Hotel Ava/Victoria Court has been our go to hotel, I love all the room. I used to explore the different themes from gil puyat, malate, las pinas and my favorite the Iron man up and down room at Cuneta! Thank youuuu! Thanks also for being a pet friendly hotel 💓💓💓💓💓💓

love the room. They also have free toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and umm… that important “thing” for protection 😊

It is still designed like a motel. I wish they will design it like a real hotel. Simple but elegant . Minimalist, contemporary modern or japandi design

Good day ... your tower garden seems nice. Since your climate will be controlled you can plant strawberries as well. It does work well with hydrophonics asside from herbs and leafy greens

Good to know that you're converting now this property into a more luxurious hotel accommodation with aminities that is more common necessities now a days. Nice to see that you introduced here those tower garden you started in your farm. I love the concept Angie. Maybe you can also build a rounded fountain with ambient lighting in the middle of the driveway.( BTW I've been in some of this properties when I was younger😀😀).👏👏👍👍

Typical motel design pa din ang interiors 😱 . Sana yung hotel design talaga, simple but elegant. Go for period styles like Japandi, contemporary modern or minimalist . For the plants I would suggest bougainvillea. I saw a hotel once in Thailand panay bougainvillea ang ganda. May planters box outside the windows. Even if the flowers would fall , it’s like magical. I would suggest also citronella grass. When they get bigger and you trim them, your guest will love the scent. Small roses too are easy to maintain. They love the sun, don’t water the leaves just the soil. There are roses that climb too and yellowbells.
Install bird feeders so they dont eat your plants. You get bird sounds music for free and plants are also safe. 🙏💚

maybe you should try Ferns for your wall garden
Go for hardy local succulents! Less water, less maintenance.
try putting purple heart plant. it is very easy to maintain - less water more sunlight.. blooms with small pink flower .. but tends to be leggy
not for wall plant but you may want to consider golden garland - best in shaded area needs morning and afternoon watering during summer and one time watering during rainy season :)
younmay want to consider patterned or colored leaves as substitute for flowers. pinoy plantito youtube has a great wall plant idea. he didn’t used the same wall pot as yours though.

Ok naman na yang gnyng mga halaman mong nakatanim dyn mam sa iyong Hotel ava malate. Ang kailangan lng cgurong gawin sa mga halaman para hnd sirain ng mga ibon palagyan mo nlng ng parang fishnet na manipis po para hnd tukain ng mga ibon ang mga halaman. Suhestiyon ko lng po ah. Hahaha oh d kaya po sa bandang taas bka pwdng leafy vegetables ang itanim niyo po at dto bandang ibaba naman mga flowers naman lahat po ibat ibang klase ng bukaklak ba.
