    There is a youtuber called Ashwini vasisth who claims it to be the worst project to invest in due its location and builder. Can you please provide some clarity in terms of location whether Sector 86 is a good location for investment purposes or need to look for some other sectors?

      Dear Friend, Sector 86 is a good sector indeed in terms of living and investment purposes. Go for it and ignore what ashwini Vashist says . that person always appreciates about price hike in Gurgaon and he is biased.

    Why is there a difference in room sizes? It is 10x13, 11.3x10 & 10x10 ft. in Catalogue. However, different room sizes in documents are uploaded on the TCP website. Also, previously they internally communicated that it will be 4800/- sq.ft but now sticking to the govt. price of 5000/- per sq.ft. These are rascals

      i agree with you dear, since the plan is approved by RERA and rates are also fixed by the authority therefore they will have to follow the price plan. Interestingly they are charging 2-4 lakhs as a premium amount for confirmed allotment. property dealers in Faridabad are also saying that the draw is just a Drama for the common public, one has to pay a premium to get the allotment. without that no allotment will be made. Only GOD or Builder or TCP knows what is TRUTH.

      @@deepakjoshi1050 You are right. It is true. You have to pay a premium to get confirmed allotment. I have also paid 3 lacs premium to get the confirmed unit. But now I'm planning to opt out of this project due to their fake commitment. This builder #Adore is not trustworthy and infamous for post sale service. #SayNoToAdore👎
