    Wow I loved this episode. I have 2 kids that are expressing creatively and very challenged with thisese same exact things Weston speaks of. I appreciate the path of unpack here it's so refreshing. And Catie you di a great job today !

    This hit soooo close to home. As a fellow creative person … I suffer from extreme imposter syndrome. Sucks because I’m the only one in my office with my job. Half the time I’m working from home, and as of late the higher-ups aren’t having it. Considering switching careers - again just to survive. Music production sounds fun, until it isn’t 😅

    So why have we all got ADHD!? No offence intended, I’ve been diagnosed with son, but most people I know have got kids with it too. Why? 🤔

      I'm not sure I understand your question but did want to respond and clarify that there is definitely a hereditary component with ADHD so it's very likely if a child has ADHD that one or more parent also has ADHD (maybe undiagnosed). Let me know if that is helpful or if you meant something else?
