Wow I loved this episode. I have 2 kids that are expressing creatively and very challenged with thisese same exact things Weston speaks of. I appreciate the path of unpack here it's so refreshing. And Catie you di a great job today !
This hit soooo close to home. As a fellow creative person … I suffer from extreme imposter syndrome. Sucks because I’m the only one in my office with my job. Half the time I’m working from home, and as of late the higher-ups aren’t having it. Considering switching careers - again just to survive. Music production sounds fun, until it isn’t 😅
I'm not sure I understand your question but did want to respond and clarify that there is definitely a hereditary component with ADHD so it's very likely if a child has ADHD that one or more parent also has ADHD (maybe undiagnosed). Let me know if that is helpful or if you meant something else?
Enlightening, thank you for the very honest and open conversation! 🥰

So why have we all got ADHD!? No offence intended, I’ve been diagnosed with son, but most people I know have got kids with it too. Why? 🤔
