Pro tip: try to solve your F2L edges before LL ones and if you don't and an F2L edge gets parity, then you can switch your cross colour. I recommend watching Michael dumpster's video about avoiding triple parity tho.
I average about 2:35 and I’d say you should just try to turn as fast as possible at all times instead of trying to have a smooth solve. Anyway, cool solve 🎉
