In Helios city get your dusk stone at the department store. You can also get a new Pokemon TM exclusive to insurgence which may be good for Budget. If you didn't go to SunTouched, might as well get a moon and dusk stone from here too. Buy a rocky helmet for Jr. W. You can still try to get Pokemon from the hidden grottos. They reset every couple hundred steps.
