  • On December 13th, 2022, an officer on patrol noticed a vehicle breaking multiple traffic regulations. He followed the car, which was swerving throughout, until it stopped in a curb lane. Upon approaching the driver, he could clearly smell the odor of alcohol emanating from the driver. While he headed to his police unit to check the credibility of the female's documents, another officer arrived and made contact with her. Right when the officer finished explaining the second test to the female, she attempted to get inside the car and drive off. The female continued to panic and asked the officers to call her parents. As she was being transported to jail, she persisted in crying. Shortly after, the female's mother arrived and was briefed about the incident by the officer. The female was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and obedience to traffic control.

@@ryanmarquez9404 yes I have, on a beautiful sunny afternoon, I lost a small child to a drunk driver who also “suffered” from anxiety and had a bad day. Her sister has been in a wheelchair since the accident, 10 years ago. A bad day and anxiety is absolutely no excuse for taking the lives of innocent people, simply because you can’t stop drinking. If that sounds self righteous to you, I suggest you speak with the multitude of families who suffer the loss of children and family members because of a drunks selfishness. I have no sympathy for her “high anxiety”. She’s a selfish, self centered drunk.

That's honestly exactly how the mom talked about her daughter and probably treats her as well. If I only heard the part with the conversation between the mom and LEO, I would have been certain she was talking about a toddler, lol! Saying things such as, "Oh, this just isn't like her! Must be due to lockdowns! She just isn't the same now after covid! We brought the dog to make her happy! She had a bad day :( :(" just made the daughter look even more ridiculous in my eyes. I was half expecting the mom to say that the daughter just needed her nap, her blankie, a bottle, and good diaper change (because she's so full of 💩💩). But after hearing that whole part at the end, I can see why dear ol daughter is just another princess nutter butter blubbersalot 🤷‍♀️

If she truly had it, she’d most likely shut down and disassociate and if there was going to be a panic attack, it would happen when she was sitting alone and calming down and thinking about what happened.
This girl’s behavior is the reason that people don’t believe that anxiety is an actual disability sometimes.

Happens all the time these days.
No wonder everyone drinks and drives.
They don't get beat in jail no bend over and cough.
Those experiences tend to make you never forget you took a sip an hour ago when you decide to drive.
I bet you will think of the jail experience every time you drink and think about driving

Yeah, seems like a DWI should be an automatic trip to jail and car impounded, maybe it depends on the state. The police perhaps didn't want to spend a couple hours more on her and she's got charges now anyway.
