Turbo Dinosaur Power Man I loved that one! I really liked a lot of their music. I was injured when I was 12, broke part of my back, developed a chronic pain syndrome, within two years was too ill to physically attend school. So I was a little... conflicted. Some nights I’d be in so much pain I couldn’t sleep and I’d pave for hours. I couldn’t... be still with that much pain; I needed distraction. Some kinds of music helped. Papercut by Linkin Park helps, for example. But it’s specific songs that help the most, and I don’t know why. But some of TDG’s were helpful. I’d spend hours pacing, listening, waiting to be able to sleep. I feel like a lot of people have weirdly specific memories for songs that came out a decade ago.

By far their most underrated song.. that and The High Road
Tied with Get Out Alive as my favorite on the One-X album though i kinda want him to pick something not from that one for once. The self-titled one has four really good songs to pick from (the three singles and Scared), Life Starts Now has some good ones as does Transit To Venus. Beyond that is kind of an eh. The "new" guy isn't exactly bad per se but nostalgia just overshadows anything beyond Transit.

Riot by Three Days Grace is my anthem to my severe anger issues. Even though I'm 3 years post-recovery, Riot is still my go-to song when I am feeling angry. Riot expresses how it feels to be so angry and why you're angry - because you've been so pushed down, so used up and let down. It explains and expresses how other people dragged you under and made you feel that way. 🎶
I am so happy to see 3DG get love. They were a local band to me, I didn't know they were so well known. This is a fantastic cover. (and repeat)
