Agreed. It takes a lot to dial the machine in. It kind of needs a different approach compared to like an ender 3. But if you can get the stubborn thing to work, you can get some neat prints
Still a little new. The cr30 came out about november 2020. Granted i know in internet time thats ages ago. But before that we just had the black belt printer and the white knight printer. Which wasnt exactly advertised much so it was hard to hear about them
@Laborchet and this is like 50m/s if it was realtime, so not actually close Tried doing the math. If each layer is 500mm. That's 4 layers per second if printing at 100% efficiency. This video is like 100 layers per second
I would love a cr-30 as it seems like such a good way to automate printing small parts like gears and knobs continuously. And pair it with like a pla maker (which melts pellets to create pla filament) and you have basically infinite amount of parts to sell
Once the second half is printed and both halves are glued, you can place the full item in a large container with acetone in the bottom to expose it to acetone vapor. The vapor will react with the survace, melting the plastic slightly, allowing the surface tension to smooth out the print lines. It only takes a few minutes, which makes it the best method for smoothing. I might recommend though, that prior to gluing you might consider inserting some metal supports given the size of the piece. A metal rod or two will definitely help prevent it from drooping or breaking under its own weight. As well as add weight to it to make it feel a lot more like a real item.
So while thats a method, theres quite a lot of space here so you'd need a large enough container. When i made it, i simply glued it together. And used a soldering iron on the edges to weld up the outside. You really dont need a metal rod because it isnt very long and is relatively thick. I have a full video featuring me building and finishing the prop on my channel.

The Thing is that you have to print it two Times. Because if printing only from one side it will Look like cut in half. So if the first Thing needs ~ 10 hours to print, then you have to wait another 10 für the Otter side. Otherwise you have to mirror it.
Correct. However becausr of the way the machine runs, i just let everything print while i worked and slept. About 10-12 hours per side. Then just glue the two parts together and hide the seam. There isnt even much waste because theres no need to print supports. Just let the printer run, do other things, and in 24 hours time have a great base for a prop
Que tal sale esa impresora? He leído que tiene muchos fallos, pero para mí negocio me vendría bien una de esas que opinión tienes de ella? Que fallos te han salido, piezas son difíciles de encontrar?
Its a difficult machine to work with. The biggest issue is its rough to dial in and you cannot use it like a normal printer. Because of the angle it prints, you have to think about your supports differently. I dont care too much for the printer and ended up selling it a few months ago
You don't know which model, free or paid, is my signature for the Lamborghini Lp560-4. I mean, by my signature, I mean it has details for every piece of income, so that it is possible to attach screws to each piece, and not just an external model. Because I will make a 1:10 miniature model first, then I will make molds with a 3D printer and make the chassis with carbon fiber. The rest of the pieces that can be used with carbon fiber are made in a lathe shop and the engine. I will see at the end if I can buy something similar. I hope you can help me find a model with these specifications
I tried to search on the 3D models website, but I did not find anything other than models designated for games, and there are no interior details of the car. I know 3D design, but how to design it I have not seen or known, and I do not know English well, so perhaps the way I searched was wrong. That is why I am speaking to you because you have more experience.@@Chriss_Workshop
@@Chriss_Workshop Yes, this is true. I think this is also the case. Designing the cabin is easy, but making the correct screw locations to connect the rest of the pieces is the most difficult because any screw location I make incorrectly will cause corrosion or failure of the project. I think there is no choice but to create an original design only.
This print i had set up on a small table and hanging off of the end with no problem. The bed adhearance is kind of insane. The only way i can get the print off is by forwarding the belt

Depends on the plastic used. PLA is a no but abs works wonders with acetone.

This looks like real 3D because all axis moves in same time. Standard 3d printers move just two axis
