Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Change of Command Ceremony, Sept. 22, 2011

A Change of Command Ceremony was held onboard Naval Station Norfolk, Sept. 22, 2011, where Rear Admiral Mark S. Boensel was relieved as Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic by Rear Admiral Townsend G. Alexander. Following the official Change of Command, Boensel retired from the U.S. Navy after 33 years of service.
