- Iubenda latest legal requirements of the GDPR and CCPA
Deal: appsumo.8odi.n...
iubenda is a tool that lets you easily meet the latest legal requirements of the GDPR and CCPA, plus make cookie banners, privacy policies, and terms and conditions.
That’s why iubenda is here to help you figure out which requirements apply to your specific website or app, depending on your location and user base.
You’ll also get a cookie banner, consent management tools and all necessary legal documents/features to stay up-to-date with regulations, including the super strict ones.
Plus, iubenda supports eight languages for its privacy and cookie policies, as well as the terms and conditions.
You’re covered whether you need the documents in English, Italian, German, French, Dutch, Russian, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
Thank you for helping us make an informed decision.
Super glad to help out
Looking at the way it's done I should only need one code. I can just copy and paste the term and agreement to a client's website. Then just repeat the process over for the new client.
That could work just consider that it won't update if the law changes. But good idea to save some cash
Would love to see your review of Deep Theme, currently on Appsumo.
Thank you!
Good one, let me put it on my list. Im about to upload a new video for tomorrow
Is GDPR and CCPA enough for a site with global reach?
No, GDPR and CCPA are not enough for a site with global reach. While they cover data protection regulations for users in the European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA), other regions have their own regulations that must be complied with. For example:
- Brazil: Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD)
- Canada: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
- Australia: Privacy Act 1988
- Japan: Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI)
If your site has a global audience, you need to ensure compliance with the specific data protection laws of each relevant jurisdiction.
Is this for any website or just Wordpress? I have a Shopify...
If you can embed on Shopify, yes you can use it.
@@SaaSMaster thank u!
Hola Jorge, espero este bien oye crees que sea necesario tener el internal privacy management ?
Can i use it to generate lots of privacy policies (copy to the website) for the websites that i make, and delete the site to free space for more sites? I don't need policy autoupdate feature if law changes.
Yes because it opens up the license space every time. The only down side it that it won't update if a change is made in the law.
Thanks for the review. Looks like a bug with the ultra/pro downgrade
Let's hope that's the issue since I do like the product
It's not a bug. Privacy/Cookie Policy and Cookie Solution for 1 site: 1 License (type required: Pro). For languages: 1 License for each language added. So, if you need a site with Privacy/Cookie Policy and Cookie Solution with 2 languages you need 2 licenses (Pro). Ultra license is required only for Term and Conditions and this type of license is created by 5 licenses (Pro). Therefore, with 5 licenses you can have 5 Pro Licenses or 1 Ultra License. You can use the Ultra license for 1 site with Privacy/Cookie Policy, Cookie Solution and Terms & Conditions or maybe you can use 5 Pro licenses for 5 sites with a single language and only with Privacy/Cookie Policy and Cookie Solution :)
@@bjorncavallotti9130 Are you from iubenda?
Hi @@Raiz-ev5br. No, I'm just a Iubenda Silver Certified Partner.
@@bjorncavallotti9130 Oh, cool 🥰 What's the benefits being silver partner? Is it worth buying this LTD? How many sites we can make with 3 codes? Can we copy paste the policy generated from one code all other sites we build?
solo para que sepas use tu link para comprar un code!
Muchas gracias Rafael. Se aprecia mucho el apoyo
They MUST consider one licenses to all the policies we generate for one site. That's how all other tool in the market work. It's really funny that they count licenses for each polices we generate. They don't even capable to fix their own bugs and claiming that will update policies for us.
Thank you for this demo. This explains a lot.
Glad I could help out
