- I called for my MRI results today as the wait was really stressing me out, and only really got an empty update.
It has been a bit of a frustrating day all round!

I totally feel your frustration, I've been ill for over 3 years now and despite lots and lots of tests still have no diagnosis. As it's not life threatening (although it is bloody limiting) I keep getting pushed back due to nhs cutbacks.
That sucks, sorry to hear it. I’m lucky I guess that my job has health insurance meaning I can push forward quicker. It still feels weird knowing there’s a piece of paper with info on it that no one is processing until the 20th just because. If I could get a copy of it I could probably answer it for myself using the wisdom of the internet in a day or so!
I realize that you will know more about your MRI after you talk to your Doctor. But keep in mind that any testing that is done and nothing can be found. If you still have the signs that you were tested for, you should get a second opinion at least and more if needed.
It sounds like they have something to say on the 20th but can’t tell me on the phone so I have a 15 day wait. To me that suggests it’s nothing life threateningly desperate but it doesn’t tell me much more than that.
Sheepdog Says I have had to play the waiting game, but in the end it did my body good to keep calm and wait and see what I was up against. It is easier said than done, but it pays off in the end. I know you being a man might make it a lot harder to wait, but it isn't worth getting your whole system worked up for hopefully nothing. That is a long time wait!! 🇺🇸
I can admit I’m being impatient 😅 it’s probably insignificant and simple but Ive been spooked by the seriousness of having an MRI.
You deserve to feel impatient it is such a long wait. I wish I could help you get a answer faster. Until you are in the same situation, you don't know how it feels to wait. 🇺🇸
