Looks like you had a blast! You need to come up more often.
I did, and agreed! I definitely need to get up there more often.
Feel like I am following you around the county haha😂. I am going camping at Silverwood and I am planning on going to Summit, maybe do Skyline and if I have time go to Sky Park. I haven’t been to either park. I have not heard to much about Skyline except that is well worth riding. All the videos usually show guys sending it at Summit and I am not in that class so any info on blues or mild blacks would great. Enjoy your videos looking forward to the next group ride.
You'll have a blast on Turtle. Blue Steel is really fun, too. I've also done Fall Line, which. I would call a mild black. I have not done Skyline yet, so I don't have any advice, there. If you ride Fall Line and find it easy, maybe consider Miracle Mile.
There are several trails that are outside the park that are great to rider: Skyline, Fern, Fall Line, Dickies, Cabin 89 just to name a few. Skyline is pretty mellow and flowy most of the way. There are some tight techy sections just on the Dam side of Grandview point. You can ride Skyline without a lift ticket. If you only have one day and you pay for a ticket, then you will probably want to stick mainly to the park. Here's a video of Fall Line
Evan and I went a couple of weeks ago and will be going up there next Sunday as well blue steel was a blast
Nice! How far of a drive is that for you guys?
It’s about a 4 hour drive up from here where we live
I haven't been there in a bout 3 years either and going soon! Looking forwards to Blue Steel.
You're going to love it!
@@MTBTrailReview did you happen to ride Going Green? I was wondering how beat up it was.
@@sdtrailrider8070 It was in decent condition. I'll have a video out on just Going Green tomorrow or Tuesday.
@@MTBTrailReview Great. Hoping my son will have a clean run next time.
I could lap blue steel all day and be a happy man so much fun.
Agreed! It's such a good trail.
