Ace review on one of most practical cars ever made. I still have 1.6 petrol mark one. Sometimes i lend it friends and my kids who laugh at me owning it, that is until they drive it. Its silky smooth, peppy 115hp, beautiful ride on any surface. Very quiet and 37mpg. Very easy to work on. With seats folded carries bikes, trips to skips, new kitchen etc. 14 yrs old not a spec of rust, totally reliable. Tyre wear virtually negligible. Doesnt handle sharp bends but not meant to. Cruises easily at 70mph +. Probably awful safety record though. But i love it. Would love this car. I would defo go for smooth petrolthough
Very nice review. Considering to get the Shine XL later this year. I really like how insanely practical the car is especially with the possibility of installing 3 child seats on 2nd row and still be able handle 2 more adults in the 3rd row comfortably. Really nice looks as well compared to caddy, combo or the rifter. (totally agree with you with halogen lamps though). Still no led headlamps :(. Also 1 thing i dont like is that when I select the xl 7 seater version, I have no option of getting a glass roof. However, after looking at this review i am convinced this is the car i should go with since practicality and safety is my primary concern. Thank you!
Thanks a lot for your comment and feedback. I’m happy I have been able to assist indirectly with your decision making. Wish you always safe roads ahead! Regards, Patrick
my berlingo has a central console and i find it great for all sorts of junk plus it keeps stuff out of sight ,i gotta say they have put a lot of thought into it
Great review! Could you please advise whether the auto start/stop button permanently disengages the function even if you turn the car off or if you have to press it every time you start the car? Also, does it have apple/android connectivity and if so, is this done via Bluetooth or usb cable to play Spotify etc. Thanks!
How does this model of Berlingo compare with the previous for noise levels in the cabin? Specifically, that coming from the road, tyres, drive system. I own the previous model and find it very intrusive. The radio needs the volume turned up to be able to hear at only 80kph due to road roar.
Very good review, practical one. Appreciated. This car is very convienient not only for familiy and for small business, but also is very good mate for those who are active and need really practical car for transport bike etc. Regarding petrol engine I own Grand C4 Picasso with petrol 1,2 PT 3 cylinder 130ps output and is quite punchy and delivers smooth ride especially in the city/suburbs. So, do the test driver to find right powerplant tor you.
Do you do research before testing? You complained twice about empty space between the seats. Did you check the options or compared it with other sister vecihles?
I research about that particular vehicle that I have for testing, however I do not compare if another model has a feature! If this particular doesn’t have it then it’s a point I‘ve to mention! What doesn’t help, if you can get it in another model but this Berlingo has a gap between the seats which could be used more effective? And in the end, it’s always my personal feeling, if for you it doesn’t matter even better!
@@AutoReviewCom There is a big storage between the seats in Peugeot Rafter and Opel. On most markets you can order the same for Berlingo. You complained twice about that as you didn't know. Most potential buyers would watch more then one video and realise that. So it matters more to you as you look very amateurish not knowing the basic facts.
It doesn't matter if you can order it, I reviewed that particular car, not the Peugeot or Opel or a Berlingo, that was equipped with it. That one didn't have it and therefore I mentioned it, thats it. If you have seen any of my other reviews or this one you can hear that I literally disapprove Halogen lights, always and in every video if a car doesn't come with Xenon or LED's! It doesn't matter if it is available, I mark a car down because it doesn't come standard with it. I always look at every car individually at that moment, because otherwise it wouldn't make sense. How could I review a car based on all possibilities it could have, if the test car has something missing, which in my personal opinion is lacking something? But hey, I get your point and if this would be my full time job that would pay the bills I would for sure have the time to check all possible options and competition. However, as I do this out of passion for cars and videography, working a full time job and being a father and husband, I believe I do the best I can. cheers

My too. This is very good place for my gun.
This plastic box between front seats has additional USB port and possibility to regulate the ventilation for passangers !

Litauen, Weissrussland...
Very good review thanks!

Very good review,nice video
Thank you very much.
I wonder, what is the purpose of a 130v power socket in the car.

@@AutoReviewCom it was just as they say constructive criticism. One can always be better.
Understood and taken into consideration. Thanks for that! I still hope, that the video was informative!
Gleiche Video in Deutsch wäre gut :-)
Kommt noch. Ist gedreht, muss nur noch editiert werden.
Auto Review nein kommt doch nicht....??
