Sir, Mostly Laptop's main air vents are at bottom or at the left / right or at the back. That should not be blocked. If you wish you can use some ideas like, Just roll out this cover for every half an hour and keep 5 min break and then again cover it while you do long time work with your laptop.

Sir, I am not facing any such kind of symptom as of now. I also use screen protector. If you have any such kind of doubt then do one thing while operating laptop use the key board cover & while closing remove it. As the cover is foldable and easly storable any where. Using keyboard protection cover is very useful coz it protects from dust/oil marks etc andYour actual keyboard looks shine/new for long years.
